SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Our standard shipping fee is a flat rate of $4. and orders over $75 ship for free. Orders will be processed within 3-4 business days of receiving. Shipping usually takes 3-5 business day’s via USPS after being processed, depending on your location.

Please wait at least 4 business days before inquiring about your shipping status. If you wish to have an order expedited, you will need to pay for Priority shipping so we can ship your item(s) out the same day or the next day after your order is placed.

There is a $14 Priority mail shipping option at checkout. These orders will be processed faster (the next business day) and typically take 2-3 business days to ship via USPS.

Regular shipping ($4) is 5-7 days and Priority shipping ($14)

is 3-4 days.

Once an order is placed, it can't be cancelled or changed.

Please make sure to double check your shipping address.

Once we ship your order, there will be additional fees to change the mailing address.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Earring Return Policy: For sanitization reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for jewelry. However, we will find a solution if the items received are damaged in any way.

Return Policy for Clothing: We hope you love all of your purchases from Milonivy. However, we understand that you may need to return an item. Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 business days of your receipt of the purchase. After this timeframe, your item will not be eligible for return. (currently we will not be accepting any returns or exchanges due to COVID-19). For the handmade crews & tees we recommend sizing up for a cozy look or size down!

Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Options are: USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

No return authorization is needed, simply ship your item to:

Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of your information and order number on it.

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you.

Items purchased during a sale are FINAL SALE unless defective.

Please wrap your item neatly and in paper of some kind to protect the item.

Damaged items must be reported within two days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at Support@milonivy.com and attach photos of any damage.
